Financial Aid
Any family who has completed the enrollment process can apply for financial aid. Your special circumstances and need are considered. Applications for financial aid are available at the Business Office or can be filled out online through a secure FACTS website. There is a $20 fee to process your application. Payment Plans
All tuition and school billing is handled through the FACTS tuition management company. Tuition payments are automatically withdrawn from a savings or checking account on the 5th or 20th of a month (your choice), or you can pay FACTS via credit card (2.5% convenience fee applies). You can choose from the following payment schedules:
- One payment, due in August 2008 (this option can be paid via cash or check directly to SJA)
- Two payments, due in August 2008 and January 2009 (additional $40 fee applies)
- 10 payments, due each month beginning August 2008 through May 2009 (additional $40 fee applies)
Other charges such as hot lunches, before/after school care, etc. are billed separately through FACTS each month and can be paid via automatic withdrawal, check, or credit card (additional fees apply for credit card purchase). Don't forget to utilize our school's parent-run Tuition Assistance Program (T.A.P.) which allows you to gain credits to your account based on your purchase of gift certificates from participating retailers.
